Fees for our One On One Service Advisor Training are based on a per day basis. This service includes Service Drive and Selling Skills.
Fees for Express Implementation are based on a required 3 day minimum plus expenses for implementing and training all necessary dealer personnel. Price includes all materials supplied by John Marchiano Consulting. Follow up training are 2 days each at $750.00 per day plus expenses.

A copy of the Multi Point Inspection is required with each Repair Order submitted for evaluation, along with a copy of the customer's invoice or dealer copy. All Fees listed are for the Repair Order Evaluation and does not include any travel expenses. This Evaluation can be performed offsite. Contact us for further details.
A minimum of 200 Repair Orders and MPI's are required.
A minimum of 300 Repair Orders and MPI's are required.
A minimum of 400 Repair Orders and MPI's are required.
A minimum of 500 Repair Orders and MPI's are required.
A minimum of 600 Repair Orders and MPI's are required.
A minimum of 700 Repair Orders and MPI's are required.
A minimum of 800 Repair Orders and MPI's are required.
A minimum of 900 Repair Orders and MPI's are required.
A minimum of 1000 Repair Orders and MPI's are required.
